Information you provide

Applications collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address, puppy selection, delivery preference, and optional notes. We use these details to respond, assess delivery arrangements, and manage your inquiry. Please do not include payment credentials or sensitive medical information in notes.

Availability updates

If you join the puppy list, we store your email, variety preference, and subscription details. Availability emails include an unsubscribe link. Joining the list is optional and separate from submitting an application.

Storage and service providers

Records are stored in the website’s hosted database and accessible through the protected owner admin. Hosting and email providers process data as needed to operate the site and deliver messages. We do not sell application information.

Access and retention

Application information is retained for responding to inquiries and managing related transactions and records. You can email support@pepperwhisker.com to request access, correction, or deletion, subject to records we need to retain for legitimate obligations.

Website operation

The site uses essential platform authentication for owner access. Limited network information may be processed to protect forms from abuse. Google Analytics is optional and loads only when configured and you allow it. It measures public page visits and successful inquiry submissions. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, delivery addresses, application notes, and URL query parameters are not included in our analytics events. Admin and unsubscribe pages are excluded. You can change your choice through Analytics preferences. We also store the first public page path visited during your session and attach it to an inquiry to understand which pages help customers find us. We do not send that inquiry’s contact details to Google.
