Website terms

Applications and availability

Submitting an application is an inquiry, not a purchase or reservation. Availability may change while an application is being reviewed. A reservation requires approval and confirmation under your written agreement.

Prices and delivery estimates

The application displays the puppy price and selected delivery fee. Destination eligibility, documentation, itinerary, final total, and payment schedule are confirmed before payment. Delivery windows begin at departure from Cincinnati.

Written purchase terms

Your purchase agreement identifies the puppy and governs the agreed reservation, payment, delivery, and any additional guarantee. Review the health and cancellation terms before paying. Nothing on this website removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Guides and illustrations

Our guides offer general preparation information and do not assess an individual animal’s medical needs. Contact your veterinarian for individual care. Decorative breed illustrations do not depict puppies offered for sale. Actual puppy listings use their own photographs.
