BUYING WITH CONFIDENCE
After Your Puppy Arrives
Keep handover records organized, prepare your veterinary follow-up, and know where to send document and delivery questions.

Start with a calm handover
Check the puppy’s identity and the documents supplied. Keep the veterinary and vaccination records, registration paperwork, microchip information, written agreement, and payment receipts together. Note any missing item or information you want clarified while the details are fresh.
Food accompanies your puppy. Ask for the food type, supplied quantity, and current feeding routine. Make sure you have the information you need for the first days at home and discuss dietary changes with your veterinarian.
Arrange veterinary follow-up
Before delivery, contact your veterinarian to plan the first appointment. Bring the supplied records and ask about vaccinations, preventive care, feeding, and identification. Check your written agreement for any examination or reporting requirements.
If the puppy appears unwell or you are concerned about its condition, seek veterinary care promptly. Do not wait for an email reply before obtaining necessary care. This website and PepperWhisker’s email contact are not emergency veterinary services.
Send document and delivery questions by email
Use the email address on our contact page. Include the puppy’s name, your application or agreement reference if available, the delivery date, and a clear description of the question. Explain which document or handover detail needs attention so the issue is easy to identify.
Keep correspondence in the same thread where practical. Do not send bank passwords, card details, or unrelated sensitive information. Any guarantee or refund request will need to be considered under the written terms for your puppy; this page does not add a separate reimbursement or lifetime-support promise.
Make the first week manageable
Agree on responsibilities for meals, rest, toilet breaks, and supervised introductions. Keep the routine simple while your puppy gets to know its new home. Our first-week guide offers a practical starting point, and the delivery preparation checklist helps you get ready before departure.
For written coverage and cancellation information, read health terms and deposits and refunds alongside your individual agreement.
Explore individual puppy profiles and ask about the information that matters to your household.
