Verify Your Puppy Before Reserving

Begin with the individual profile

Review the puppy’s name, variety, sex, birth date, price, and availability. Actual listings have their own photographs; decorative breed illustrations elsewhere on this website do not show puppies offered for sale. If a detail is missing or unclear, ask about it before reserving.

Ask who bred and raised the puppy and where it currently lives. Cincinnati is our departure location; it should not be used as a substitute for the puppy’s individual history. Request current photos or video and ask which options are available for seeing the specific puppy before you decide.

Review the records together

Compare the puppy’s identity across the profile, veterinary record, registration information, and agreement. Ask about the parents and request supporting documents for any claimed screening. Our health records page explains what different records do—and do not—establish.

Keep a short list of unanswered questions. A blank field is a reason to ask for clarification, not to assume a test, registration status, or guarantee exists.

Confirm the written quote

• The individual puppy and puppy price.
• Delivery service, fee, approved destination, and itinerary.
• The deposit amount and balance deadline.
• Cancellation, refund, and any additional health-guarantee terms.
• The documents and included items at handover.

The application process begins a conversation. It does not collect payment or reserve a puppy. Review delivery and payment details and resolve any differences between your estimate and the final agreement before paying.

Keep payment instructions consistent

Use the payment details provided on your PepperWhisker invoice. If the recipient, amount, or instructions differ from what you agreed, contact us through the contact page to clarify them before proceeding. Save the written quote, agreement, and receipt together.
